田心村是广州市增城区新塘镇东部的行政村，总面积2.3平方公里，明末成村，因建在耕地中央而叫田心。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网说，村名来自村里原有的「思学楼」，「思」字拆开就是「田心」；同一页另一处则说，最早来此定居的多是从雅瑶村分出的族人，当时四周田地广阔，在耕地中央建村，故名。[1]

新中国成立前称田心，土改后的1951年归下基乡管，合作社时期（1956年）叫永安平地高级社，1958年起是新塘公社的田心大队；1983年改为田心乡，1987年设田心村民委员会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

全村分9个村民小组，户数517，人口2062，另有外来者约1300人。集体经济收入主要来自出租山地和鱼塘；村里有民营企业28家，多为服装加工，特色农业是木瓜和香蕉，木瓜种植面积达300亩。[1]

田心村在2022年进入淘宝村名单，2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
