南安村是广州市增城区新塘镇西部的行政村，西邻黄埔区，宋代建村，因南安坊得名，是广州市「百强村」之一。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子始建于宋代，名称取自南安坊；最初由沙村的一、二、四三个自然村合成。^[1]

新中国成立初期属新二区，1951年土地改革后设南安乡，1956年建南安高级社，1958年公社化时称南安营，隶属新塘公社，次年改称南安大队。1983年新塘公社撤销，大队随之改为南安乡；1987年区改为镇、乡改为村，南安村民委员会成立。^[1]

村在东江下游，东距新塘港口码头约5公里，广深高速和107国道穿村而过。村辖15个生产社，农业人口5742人，早年的产业以蔬菜、杂粮和水果为主；陈家林一带丘陵起伏，被视为发展休闲旅游的地方。^[1]

2009年，村集体经济总收入为2100万元；村里建有梅基工业园，南安农贸市场经过升级改造。^[1]增城区人民政府的概况提到，南安农贸智慧园是新塘镇落户的乡村振兴项目之一。^[2]

南安村在2021年、2022年的淘宝村名单上有名字，2024年11月又入选广州市充分就业社区（村）。^[1]
