新文村是广东省肇庆市广宁县北市镇东北部的行政村，距镇区12公里，与清远市清新区石马镇接壤，辖区约17平方千米，分27个村民小组，共2005人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清道光时属永义铺。新文在1954年是个农业社，1958年成为大队，乌坂于1968年从中分出；1983年归入石楼乡，1987年起设新文村民委员会，1989年称新文管理区，1998年定名新文村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]辖区内有新连村，取其“新”字排序而得名新文。[1]
经济[edit]
村有耕地1009亩、山地20430亩，气候特殊，适合种反季节蔬菜。[1]2009年村里进行了规范化建设。[1]2019年9月，新文村被列为广东省2018年民主法治示范村（社区）的创建单位。[1]
