地名由来[edit]

最先到此定居的人把房子建在田垌中央，后来发展成村庄，故名田心[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，该村的名称与建制依次为：解放初期：田心农田、先后为初级社、高级社（1952年）、木威公社田心大队（1958年）、设乡政府（1983年）、村民委员会（1987年）、管理区办事处（1989年）、复称村民委员会，沿用至今（1999年）[1]。
