地名由来[edit]
以前三帝庙后装有一架大型引水转水车，故名高车[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，该村的名称与建制依次为：民国时期：德亮南乡第八村、新中国成立前：大榔乡、从大榔乡分出，成立高车大队（1962年）、设乡政府（1983年）、村民委员会（1987年）、管理区办事处（1989年）、复称村民委员会，沿用至今（1999年）[1]。
