洋槐村隶属水口镇。它在梅州市兴宁市境内，名称与沿革见下文。^[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

村名由「洋凹堡」的「洋」字，加上「黄排上」之「排」的谐音字「槐」组成。^[1]新中国成立前后，它归洋凹堡管辖；自洋坳大队分出（1961年），取「洋」字与黄槐巷的「槐」字，称洋槐大队。1984年改乡，称管理区（1989年），成立洋槐村委会（1999年）。^[1]

洋槐村名列2019年9月公布的2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。^[1]
