名称与沿革[edit]

相传千年前有邹姓人家迁来此地定居，村子被群山丘陵围在中间，形如山洞，因此叫邹洞。^[1]1950年前后经历初级社、高级社；设邹洞大队（1958年），为邹洞乡（1984年），后称管理区（1989年），改称邹洞村委会（1999年）。^[1]

2019年9月公布的2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单中，有邹洞村。^[1]
