田心村属广东省茂名市高州市根子镇，是镇下设的行政村。传说古时四周都是田垌，人们在田垌的中心建房定居，因而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年从水背大队分出，成立田心大队。其后的名称是：1983年称田心乡，1986年称田心农村管理区，至1999年定为田心村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，成为2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
