东风村是江门市新会区大鳌镇的行政村，在大鳌岛东面，紧邻西江，河网纵横[1][2]。官方报道对村域面积说法不一：2024年的介绍称约2.3平方千米，2023年的普法材料称约3.5平方千米；户籍人口2000多人，近年报道里的数字为2257人至2261人[1][3]。

村里以养殖南美白对虾为主业，2021年入选广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村，是省“百千万工程”首批典型村和省乡村振兴示范村[1][2][4]。

经济[edit]

全村农用地2800多亩，鱼塘占2500多亩，其中七成以上养殖南美白对虾，采用“合作社+农户”和“大户+散户”两类经营方式；约350人从事养虾，年产值超过9200万元[2]。到2022年，养殖户人均收入为13.3万元，村集体收入1072万元，九成以上来自鱼塘发包[2]。村里发展出“越冬虾”养殖，一年可养3至4造；2024年村集体总收入超过1400万元[1]。

村内的太福沙工业集聚区原有低效工厂，镇里计划统一收储这块地，改建成涵盖虾苗、加工、批零与冷链的综合水产市场[2][5]。

文化[edit]

村庄河流绕村而过，渔船往来，旧时有疍家松皮吊脚楼的景致，规划中的水乡游线曾打算串联疍家文化博物馆等点位[6]。村里展演市级非物质文化遗产项目大鳌咸水歌，并举办美食节等文旅活动[7]。

荣誉与治理[edit]

东风村2007年被授予“全国民主法治示范村”，2022年复核通过，另获广东省卫生村、江门市生态村等称号[3]。2022年6月，村里设立了新会区首个网格“议事亭”，并建有区内首个村级的民主法治宣传教育实践基地[3]。2022年起清拆违建145处，面积3120平方米[3]。村里曾对“握手河”做“一河两岸”整治[1]。
