历史沿革[edit]
村的前身是1950年在三角塘村设立的乡政府，当时隶属附城公社；1964年成三角塘大队，1973年随大队部迁到东塘坡而改称东风大队。此后历经东风乡（1983年）、管理区（1987年），1999年定为村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
全村有村民3862人，其中党员73人；辖区面积7.28平方千米，有耕地2303亩，经济作物有荔枝和速生丰产林。[1]
