八一村是广东省江门市开平市长沙街道下辖的行政村，在街道西部，位于潭江与苍江交汇处，三面环水，国道325穿过。[1]

村东邻三江，西邻三联，北临苍江，南临潭江，距开平市区约5公里。辖11个村小组，由东向西为桥尾、陈边、河清、拱坊、吉溪、埓冲、乐胜、南溪、南安、横江、虾头，人口约2066人。[1]
村域面积约5.8平方千米，耕地200多亩；村集体收入主要来自厂房、铺位和土地出租。[1]
