东升村是广东省江门市开平市长沙街道下辖的行政村，在街道西北部，距开平市中心城区6公里，省道S274线贯穿境内。[1]

村形呈一字形，东邻民强村，西邻西溪村，下设16个村民小组，名称如上一、上二、上三、水一、五东、五中、五星、东联、东方、东风、苍冈、红峰、红星、红卫、红联、永红。[1]
官方介绍称，面积5平方千米，791户，人口2779人，耕地2319亩，其中水田1867亩，主要种水稻和蔬菜。村里建有厂房和铁屋出租，收入用于壮大集体经济。[1]
村委会2015年5月把一楼改为公共服务站，设6个窗口。[1]
