中村社区在汕头市濠江区礐石街道，原达濠区中段，与头村、尾村合称「三联」，因居三村之间而名中村[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

清康熙年间，福建仙游陈姓与河浦苏姓先后迁来定居，从事农耕，发展成村，旧属砂浦都[1]。1946年归潮阳县珠园乡，1955年改隶浦口乡，此后头、中、尾三村在1959年至1975年合为三联大队，1976年各自分设[1]。

现状[edit]

社区面积0.54平方千米，有山林339亩、耕地93亩，125户682人；2024年1月被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」[1]。
