和村在枫朗镇东南部，耕地601亩，种蜜柚和青梅。农业部2013年7月认定和村村为第三批全国「一村一品」示范村镇，产品是梅妃蜜柚。[1]
博雅地名网载：村境在箩纹山，起初叫罗村，后因全村都是邓姓，改名和村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代属清远都黄沙社双溪村，清代属兰沙甲，民国属石云区双和村。解放后独立设乡，1958年10月成大队，1986年2月改村委会，1998年设村民委员会，2003年随双溪镇并入枫朗镇。[1]
经济[edit]
博雅地名网枫朗镇概况页（年份未注明）称，和村的青梅园约3000亩，年加工青梅超过120万斤，年产值逾130万元，是镇里青梅与蜜柚基地之一。2021年9月，和村入选广东省第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村（蜜柚）；2026年3月被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1][2]
