中村村是广东省梅州市梅县区石扇镇的行政村，属原象村片，2026年3月被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
地名由来[edit]
象村片原分上村、中村、下村（下村即今村南村），中村居其中，故名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代属程乡县龟浆都象村，清代属程乡县石扇堡，民国三十年（1941年）属梅县石扇堡（乡）。1958年冬至1961年，石扇公社一度撤销，象村被划入竹洋公社；1963年公社恢复，象村划回。1989年为象村管理区，1999年改称中村村民委员会。[1]
