地名由来[edit]
明永乐年间（1410年），邹氏先迁居此地，当时村名叫「石镇」。方言里「镇」与「圳」读音相近，人们又习惯把「镇」写作「圳」，于是定名石圳。[1]
建制沿革[edit]
明朝年间称石镇。解放后至1958年为村，之后改称石圳；1959年转为大队，1984年为乡，1986年改设村委会，1989年变为管理区，1999年又设村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，本村名列2018年度广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位之中。[1]
