洛阳村位于播植镇西南，离播植圩镇约4公里，辖12个自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
传说村子原叫“落阳”，因所处地势开阔、向阳，后来嫌字面不吉，清顺治年间改用谐音，写作洛阳。[1]建置上，1950年至1958年是播植区洛阳乡，此后到1986年为人民公社洛阳大队；1987年和1988年称村民委员会，1989年起改管理区，1999年2月重新成为村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
449户、1723人，耕种水田1323亩、果园1360亩，作物有沙糖桔、贡柑、冬瓜和水稻。博雅地名网说它是播植镇冬瓜的主产区之一，并记2009年人均收入5400元。[1]
