青安村是徐闻县龙塘镇的行政村，在镇境南部，南濒琼州海峡，西接海安镇，面积2.6平方公里，下辖朋寮、包宅、杨宅、中村4个自然村，村委会设在包宅村。[1][2]名称取「青出于蓝而胜于蓝」之意，也寄望村民安居乐业。[1]

2004年，全村499户2207人，耕地1219亩，渔船67艘，农业总产值1426万元。[2]经济以海洋渔业、海水养殖和海洋旅游为主，海产有黄花鱼、马鲛、鲳鱼、海蜇、对虾、鲍鱼等。[2]
古迹[edit]
村内有包公祠、明镜泉和解放海南岛渡海作战指挥部遗址，村前是青安滩海湾及浴场。[2]据同一页，包宅村是湛江市首个生态旅游村，并为特色文化村试点。[2]据百度百科，包宅村是包氏聚居的渔村，北宋包拯的后人包文魁在16世纪初迁来；村落占地3000余亩，沿海有长约8公里的白沙海岸和2300亩防风木麻黄林。[3]
沿革与荣誉[edit]
1963年设青安大队，1982年并入木棉乡，1986年析出设青安村委会，1988年称管理区，1998年起称村民委员会。[1]2023年5月，朋寮、杨宅两村获评2022年广东省卫生村；2026年3月，被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
