红星社区是广东省肇庆市广宁县南街街道下辖的社区。[1]社区位于县城东部的黄江河畔，距县城约0.5公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1954年辖区各村组建农业社，取「事业如红星般灿烂」之意，定名红星。[1]1930年这里有长安、禄曹、大务、秕村、新楼五个乡；1958年改作红星大队，1983年黄腊并入，1987年黄腊分出；2004年5月村委会与居委会并成红星社区居民委员会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

村情介绍称，社区分为42个村民小组，居民合计8430人，南罗公路从境内穿过；山上种沙糖桔，水田种水稻和蔬菜。[1]博雅地名网上此社区题为「红星村社区」。[1]
