丽群村是开平市沙塘镇东北部的行政村，距镇约6公里，辖8个村民小组，总人口1401人、405户，耕地1446亩，属山区地带。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村名原作「井骨」，后来取「丽洞一带群众的村民委员会」之意，改称丽群。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代在开平县平康都的范围内，到民国时期归第一区丽洞乡，1949年后归第十区丽洞乡。1961年编入苍城公社，名丽群大队，翌年改隶沙塘公社，1981年曾称丽联大队。[1]
1984年设丽群乡；1992年起隶属沙塘镇，名丽群管理区。[1]
经济[edit]
村内缺少可用土地，集体经济发展较慢，在镇里属中等偏上。2009年集体收入15.5万元，人均年收入约6963元；约四成劳动力外出务工，近年有数户改用「三高」农业方式种植。[1]
