新屋村是广东省江门市台山市冲蒌镇下辖的行政村，在冲蒌圩东面，属镇域东部。[1][2] 全村面积约10.5平方千米，分19个村民小组；据镇政府2026年的介绍，户籍768户、2833人，常住约1995人。[2]

村子地处平原，没有山坡，以种水稻和瓜菜为主。[1] 村委会的邓氏文化楼内立有抗击非典型肺炎殉职医生邓练贤的半身塑像。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代属德行都，民国后期划入台山县第三区的蒌南乡。1958年时称大岭生产大队，到1987年才改为新屋管理区，管理区委员会设在冲蒌圩旁，离台城约18千米。[1]

人口民族[edit]

镇政府早年的村情资料记全村398户、1681人；2026年的介绍为户籍768户、2833人，常住约1995人。[1][2]

经济[edit]

早年资料记全村耕地1404亩，都是水田；工副业方面有网印化工厂、桌球厂和芒芯厂等，学校则与南和管理区合办一所。[1] 新屋村先后获得「江门市文明村」「台山市第四批无毒村居」等称号。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

邓练贤是冲蒌镇人，生前是中山大学附属第三医院的传染科主任医生，2003年在抗击非典型肺炎时殉职，被广东省人民政府授予革命烈士称号。为纪念他，冲蒌镇人民政府、邓氏宗亲会和各界人士捐资5万多元，在新屋村委会的邓氏文化楼为他立半身像，2004年12月31日举行揭幕仪式，新屋小学的师生也参加了仪式。[3]
