大笋村是韶关市曲江区枫湾镇的行政村，下辖16个村小组[1]。
名称与沿革[edit]
村内土壤湿润肥沃，适宜竹林生长，春季竹笋粗壮，因此得名大笋[1]。1949年10月设大笋乡政府，属第四区；1952年3月属大塘区；1961年3月为大笋大队，隶枫湾公社；1986年12月改村委会，1989年改管理区，1998年12月复称村委会[1]。2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单[1]。
人口与资源[edit]
417户、1907人；水田约1500亩、旱地470亩、山林33200亩，有水、矿、煤和竹林资源[1]。
