新屋村是石颈镇北部的行政村，离镇政府约1.5公里，辖17条自然村，办事处设在新屋路口。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
起初是1963年的新屋大队，其后依次改作新屋乡（1983年）、村委会（1986年）、管理区（1989年），1998年重新称村委会。据说村民因大水冲毁房屋而重建，以「新屋」命名。[1]
人口民族[edit]
人口4846人，耕地2167亩。[1]
经济[edit]
特产有红烟，农业结构调整后种植了大量优质水果。省农业农村厅在2020年8月公布的首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村中，新屋村名列其中，产品为茶叶。[1]
