横州坡村是广东省廉江市长山镇下辖的行政村，原为南教堂村的一部分。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历是：这里原属南教堂村，教堂对面有一道横卧的岭，村民遂以「横州坡」立村名。1958至1965年间，横州坡与茅田、谷邦等村合并成一个乡，政府在茅田；1966年横州坡单独设大队，1983年称乡，1987年称管理区，1999年定为村委会。[1]
