历史沿革[edit]
淋头在1949年10月成立农会，1952年之后建初级农业合作社，到1958年成为淋头大队。[1]1984年1月起称乡，1987年改称管理区，1998年改设村民委员会。[1]
地理与人口[edit]
淋头村位于罗坝镇西北部，分14个村民小组，百度百科记其410户、1668人，未注明年份。[2]
经济[edit]
村有耕地1380亩，其中桑园约830亩，村民收入八成以上来自蚕桑，种养上采用「蚕—沼—桑」「猪—沼—桑」等循环模式。[2]近年村里辟有绿美古树公园，淋头新村也被选入2024年度「绿美广东竞风华」全省总决赛的参观路线。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2018年7月，司法部和民政部公布淋头村为「第七批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」之一；2020年11月，村获「第六届全国文明村镇」称号。[1]
