北门社区是广东省江门市新会区会城街道下辖的社区。新会区人民政府2024年8月的报道提到，社区里老年人、残疾人和低收入家庭较多，社区党委据此建立了一套区域化的党建工作办法。[1]

社区治理[edit]

社区在人流较多的路段设有「党员群众服务一条街」，由区、街道和社区三级共同管理，集党群服务、义工服务、社会组织服务、家庭综合服务、康园服务五个中心于一体。街上开办的项目有长者饭堂、独居长者的呼援服务、亲子家庭的夜间课堂、北门老年大学和暑假全托班。[1]

社区划分为17个网格，每个网格配有网格长、网格员、协管员、楼栋长或志愿者和民警各1名；另设居民议事日，并通过线上渠道收集居民意见。报道称，网格管理平台上有党员156名、群众骨干68名、志愿者193名参与。[1]

社区还与北门派出所、社工机构、新会人民医院等单位建立了联席会议，与8家社会组织、20多家商户保持合作，487名在职党员到社区报到服务。[1]
