历史沿革[edit]
谭姓先人在清康熙年间（1662至1722年）立村，房舍朝北，所以惯称「向北村」，当时与九龙、二宁合称南坦乡。人口增多后分作群和里、玉堂里，1958年合称群胜；1992年并入会城镇。[1]
经济[edit]
全村土地1958亩，包括葵树林597亩、菜地486亩、水稻田355亩、鱼塘308亩和果园212亩。2019年村列入广东省「民主法治示范村」创建单位。[1]
