历史沿革[edit]
村名含安宁长久之意。相传明万历年间，冯、伍、李、梁等姓的先人来到沙咀、永安、兴基一带立村；万历县志已记有永安庙，民国时设永安乡。[1]
民国至1951年，这里归第一区仁义乡管；1961年与仁义分开，成为会城人民公社下的永安大队，其间还曾叫红星大队。1999年起称永安村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
全村劳动力1580人，村委会名下有2个工业区，占地约200亩。介绍中给出的2009年数据是：工农业总产值3800万元，集体纯收入450万元，人均收入5000元。[1]
