历史沿革[edit]
明崇祯年间，谭姓先人在此建村，起初分称裕宁、康宁两里，1999年定名二宁村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
村里以种水稻、养鱼塘和培育蒲葵为主，耕地共1300亩。2009年村集体纯收入44万元，工农业总产值4454万元。康宁、裕宁两个村民小组的污水，由村内的处理站点收集。2019年，村列入广东省「民主法治示范村」创建单位。[1]
