亚如冚村位于广州市增城区派潭镇东部灵山地区，毗邻正果镇。[1]

地名由来[edit]

原名亚姨窿，与「亚公窿」相对；因村紧靠山冚，取谐音写作亚如冚。「冚」字在广东当地读音与「窿」相同。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立初期为派北乡第九村，1958年按区域内最大的自然村名称亚如冚大队；1983年11月恢复为乡，1987年1月改称亚如冚村民委员会。[1]

概况[edit]

村情介绍称，全村约3.2平方千米，山林8000亩、水田1300亩，自然村11个、合作社9个，285户1395人。2019年9月上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
