博雅地名网记载，1987年起称派潭社区居委会，2002年起改作派潭社区居民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

地名由来[edit]

关于「派潭」二字，流传的说法是：旧时当地木材多，常扎成木排顺河放到水潭，运往外地，起初叫「排潭」，后来读音相近，写成了「派潭」。[1]

荣誉[edit]

「广州市2021年绿色社区」（2021年11月由广州市住房和城乡建设局确定）；2024年11月，被认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
