东华村在汕头市潮南区陇田镇，地处练江下游南岸，面积1.79平方千米。先祖在溪流东岸搭寮定居，初名东寮村，后改东华。村里近年发展乡村旅游，入选全国乡村旅游重点村（第三批），并获得「全国文明村镇」称号。[1][2]

最早来定居的是蔡、孙两姓（明正统三年，1438年），后来他们迁走。翁氏二世翁淳略于天顺二年（1458年）从惠来城郊搬到隆井都浦东（今井都镇和丰村），再迁入；章氏分别在六世、七世时由新寮（今芝兰）迁来。明、清至民国初年属潮阳县峡山都，1921年属第七区；1958年属新东望大队，1975年新东望大队分为东华、望上两队。[2]

经济与乡村旅游[edit]

博雅地名网记录，2009年东华工农业总产值为3150万元，农民人均纯收入4800元，集体另有纯收入70万元。[2] 百度百科说，村里请规划设计院做了规划，走农业、旅游、文化结合的路子，治理了水环境，现在以生态农业和乡村休闲游为主，还办过龙舟锦标赛。[1] 报道提到，村里的潮汕特色民居是发展乡村旅游的一个亮点，不少房子建了几十年甚至上百年。[3]

村规民约[edit]

《人民日报》2024年6月报道，东华村从20世纪80年代起制订并多次修改村规民约，现行版本共51条，其中生态环境条款8条；1980年10月通过《文明礼貌公约》，2006年编成《制度汇编》，2014年明确提出第一版村规民约。村里还建了农民公寓，一期168套，村民认购158套。[3]

荣誉[edit]

东华村的荣誉按时间排：2009年1月上榜第二届「全国文明村镇」；2012年11月，农业部认定为首批全国一村一品示范村镇，产品是东华特绿蕉柑；2016年被农业部推介为「中国美丽休闲乡村」，同年12月入选第四批美丽宜居村庄示范；2019年9月，广东省文化和旅游厅认定其为首批「广东省文化和旅游特色村」；2021年8月，列入第三批全国乡村旅游重点村，国家卫生健康委老龄司公布它为「全国示范性老年友好型社区」；2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[2]
