历史沿革[edit]

新村早先（1949年）在曲江县大塘区的东厢乡，1951年转入韶关市郊区办事处的南郊乡，1961年划给环市公社。1984年起归浈江区南郊办事处，1987年设为乐园镇新村村委会，一直沿用。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，新村名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2022年8月又被列为2022年同类示范村（社区）的创建单位。[1]
