新村是广东省惠州市博罗县石坝镇下辖的行政村，正式名称为新村村，是镇内唯一的移民行政村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
修建黄山洞水库时，库区内枫树排、洋坑沥、围颈、圆坑、凹炉背、小塘仔等处的居民迁到这里，几个村的人合成一村，取名新村。[1]
这里先与坦田村合并，称新田大队；1957年设黄山洞大队，1958年起称新村大队，1983年改新村乡，1986年为新村管理区，1990年起称新村民委员会。[1]
2017年10月获首批“广东省卫生村”称号；2019年9月，村被列入广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2020年8月入选首批广东省专业村（三黄胡须鸡）；2023年4月，村在广东省2022年度「乡村治理示范村」创建单位之列。[1]
