历史沿革[edit]
新村在1950年前后建乡，1953年、1955年先后办起初级社、高级社，1958年成了新村大队。1983年重设新村乡，1986年建村民委员会，1989年由村改为管理区，1999年重设村民委员会，此后一直沿用[1]。
