坑尾村位于南靖县山城镇境内，村落建在山坑的尾部，故名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村地解放前属葛山乡的鸿钵坑尾段，即鸿钵保；解放后归山城一区鸿钵乡。1958年划入丰田农场东田作业区，同年又回到山城公社的鸿钵大队，1961年改称坑尾大队，1984年方设坑尾村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

2020年12月，坑尾村列入「2020年度福建省“一村一品”示范村」名单，产品为蔬菜。2021年2月，坑尾村入选「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」。2022年10月，坑尾村被福建省农业农村厅定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2023年2月，坑尾村获评「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」。[1]
