历史沿革[edit]
1956年建高级社，属三云乡；1958年并入乐城公社，为罗带大队；1983年大队改为乡，1987年转为村民委员会，1989年又改设管理区，1998年不再设管理区，恢复村民委员会，沿用至今。[3]
人口与经济[edit]
博雅地名网（未注明年份）记载总人口1780人。水田稻作之外，山地种植玉桂、沙糖桔、佛手；村内的三云化工厂是仅有的工厂。2024年，罗带村被列为肉桂种植专业村，桂山路的扩建带动新增肉桂种植约1500亩。[1][2]
