利凤村是怀集县怀城街道下辖的行政村，位于街道东北部，毗邻汶朗镇和甘洒镇，距县城8公里，辖12个村民小组。[1]
地名由来[edit]
原由利民、三元、凤阳三村组成大队，各取利民、凤阳两村名中一字，定名利凤。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
名称与建制先后为利凤高级社（1955年）、利凤大队（1958年）、利凤乡（1983年11月）、利凤村委会（1987年）、利凤管理区（1989年4月）、利凤村民委员会（1998年）。[2]
经济[edit]
村情材料称有549户、3134人，耕地1110亩（水田1046亩），山地10108.5亩；村处三镇交汇处，公路沿线开有商店、餐饮、修理店、粮食和木器加工厂，另开发小山庄113个，占地1135亩。据2009年统计，全村社会总产值2560万元，人均收入5643元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年1月，利凤村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村；2023年4月，列入2022年度广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位；2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
