杨梅村是肇庆市高要区小湘镇辖下的行政村，地处小湘镇南部、西江南岸，与大湾镇相邻，占地约11平方千米，分10个村民小组。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
杨梅村在解放前归保平乡管辖，解放初划入大湾乡，1955年转属窦头乡。1958年10月并入东风公社，设杨梅大队；次年改隶小湘公社，名称未变。此后的演变是：1983年为乡，1987年为村委会，1989年为管理区，1998年管理区撤销，恢复村委会建制。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
据博雅地名网所载村情，杨梅村有402户、1584人。耕地1143亩、山地15040亩，距镇城区约3公里。农户以种稻为主，2009年农民人均纯收入约5330元。[1]
