白石村是广东省江门市台山市都斛镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东南部：东面是崖门口外的黄茅海，隔海与珠海市相望；南面的山岭与赤溪镇护岭村的山地交界；西接丰江村和东坑村；北面是平原，与都斛圩的东滘村遥遥相对。村委会设在庙头村，靠近台赤公路，离镇政府约5千米。^[1]

全村辖庙头、塘边等自然村，设10个村民小组，按镇政府2026年的资料共785户、3121人。村民除了种稻，还靠出海捕鱼、捞蚬增加收入。海军将领陈伟文出生在村内的塘边村。^[1]^[3]

全村耕地1973亩，其中水稻1776亩、蔬菜200亩；另有咸围水产养殖2599亩，山地1380亩。村里有大小船只150艘。^[1] 镇政府2015年介绍全镇水产养殖时提到，白石长沙湾建有约1000亩的对虾精养示范基地。^[4]

镇政府网站2017年的村情资料记为789户、3153人，2026年更新为785户、3121人。^[2]^[1]

陈伟文（1937年生）：白石乡塘边村人，早年在白石、都斛和开平读书，1956年参军，后进入海军大连舰艇学院学习，长期在海军榆林基地任职。1988年3月14日的南沙赤瓜礁海战由他指挥，同年9月获授海军少将军衔；1990年调任海军广州舰艇学院副院长，1995年退休。^[3]
