坑尾村位于龙湖北畔，大深公路穿村而过，村民均姓施，是龙湖镇的一个小侨村。[2][3]

人口民族[edit]

龙湖镇政府2021年公布的行政村信息载，村里常住706人，外来人口289人，党员26名。[1]

村民均姓施，村中旅居菲律宾、香港、澳门、台湾的乡亲约一千人。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

20世纪70年代末至80年代中期，政府批准一批侨属赴香港、澳门定居，博雅地名网统计，村中有80户在香港、22户在澳门。[3]

经济[edit]

改革开放以前，村民以农为生，经济大部分依靠海外和港澳亲人的接济。[3]

解放后到改革开放前，村里没有什么企业，也没有大商贾。[3]

文化教育[edit]

村里重视教育，热衷文艺。解放初期至文革，村民自发组织文艺队伍，每逢春节排演时装剧为村民演出。[3]

旅菲、港、澳、台的乡亲历来捐资办学，修路、牵电、建祠堂与购置治安巡逻车等事务都有他们的支持。[3]
