岗尾村是广州市增城区石滩镇下辖的行政村，位于石滩镇东北，邻靠惠州博罗县，南面是广惠高速公路，下辖岗尾、岗岭、牛潭、沙塘4个自然村。^[1]

村名的说法是建村时岗头已被别人占去，这里便建在岗尾。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年土改称岗尾乡，1956年设岗尾高级合作社，1958年称岗尾大队，属仙村公社。^[1]

据博雅地名网（未注明统计年份）的介绍，全村分东境、南境、西境、岗岭、牛潭、沙塘6个经济合作社，人口2759人，水田3700多亩、山头4000多亩。^[1]

稼宝堂（含当铺）位于岗尾村，年代为清，由张氏祠堂和附设的书房（也当客厅用，俗称船厅）、当铺组成，2008年12月被公布为「第七批广州市文物保护单位」。^[2]

岗尾村在2023年8月获「2022年度广州市美丽乡村」称号，2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。^[1]
