郑田村是广州市增城区石滩镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的北部，距增城城区约8公里。东面隔着增江河，西面是增滩公路。^[1]

村名来自村民的姓氏：南宋末年，江西的郑姓人家来此建村，以姓氏加田地命名为郑田。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

合作化时期成立的是郑田农业合作社；人民公社化时，郑田与塘头、仙塘三村编在石滩公社的第一营，1961年起叫郑田大队。^[1]

1983年大队改称乡，1987年撤乡改村，才有了现在的郑田村民委员会。^[1]

据博雅地名网（未注明统计年份）的介绍，全村550户，户籍人口2119人，以赖姓为主，占地约4000亩，村民主要种水稻、养鱼塘，或外出务工。村内有外资工厂5家，外来人口2000多人，出租房屋、开店也是收入来源。2009年碧桂园项目落在郑田村。^[1]

全村由8个合作社组成。多数合作社的集体收入靠农田、鱼塘和耕地发包，上东社、下东社主要把土地租给台资工厂。^[1]

郑田村获评「2021年广东省卫生村」（2021年12月）、「2022年度广州市美丽乡村」（2023年8月），2024年11月被认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。^[1]
