横岭村是广州市增城区石滩镇下辖的行政村，位于石滩镇中区的北部，增滩公路由北向南穿过村庄中部。村名因村旁有山岭横贯而来。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年土改时这里属横岭乡。横岭一度与别的村合编：高级社时和麻车并成一个合作社，1961年又同麻车、岗贝合为岗三大队，次年分开，因大队部在横岭，得名横岭大队。^[1]

1983年改横岭乡，1987年撤乡改村，设横岭村民委员会。^[1]

据博雅地名网（未注明统计年份）的介绍，村的行政面积约3392亩，用掉1800亩，余下约1500亩留作工业用地；设3个合作社，常住643人，外来人口约5000人。村里有大型商场1家、商铺近80家、企业9家，还有一家中濠大酒店和石滩医院第三门诊部。^[1]

2022年10月，横岭村入选2022年淘宝村名单；2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。^[1]
