碧江村是广州市增城区石滩镇下辖的行政村，在石滩镇南部：南面是土江村，北面是元洲村，西面隔着凰埔村和增江河。^[1]

村子原是增江里的沙洲，四周江水清澈得像碧玉，故名碧江。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

人民公社时期碧江与高门同编一营，1961年改为大队，大队部在碧江村，就叫碧江大队；1987年起设碧江村民委员会。^[1]

据博雅地名网（未注明统计年份）的介绍，全村按东、南、西、北、中分5个片区，合作社多达28个，4500余人（1050户），面积1万亩，耕地约6000亩，河涌和鱼塘、菜地交错，以农业生产为主。^[1]

2019年9月，碧江村上榜「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2023年5月，获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。^[1]
