上村位于广东省惠州市博罗县园洲镇，是该镇下辖的行政村。东南下方（今下村岭一带）有下村围村，上村在其上方，故名上村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代，上村归石湾巡检司署管；民国时属博罗县第十二区礼义乡。1952年同水口合为上水大队，归博罗县第十区的龙溪人民公社宁和小乡；1958年2月并入龙华大乡，同年10月归长宁人民公社，1959年8月转属铁场人民公社；1978年5月上水大队改隶新设的九潭人民公社；1983年11月设上水乡，1986年1月乡撤销，上村、水口各设管理区；1999年3月在九潭镇下设上村村民委员会，2003年12月九潭镇并入园洲镇。[2][3]
