历史沿革[edit]
1953年设海塘乡，1958年改作海塘生产大队，1960年改称海棠生产大队；1983年改为海棠乡，1987年设海棠村民委员会，1989年一度改叫海棠管理区，1999年起又称村委会，沿用至今。[1]
