建制变迁：1949年以前为维治乡风朗保，1949年设风朗行政村，1950年属洪家乡，1953年起先后为风朗初级社、高级社，1958年设风朗大队，1983年改风朗乡，1986年设村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年改称风朗村民委员会。[1]
