南坑村是广东省江门市台山市台城街道下辖的行政村，位于街道东北部：东面与四九镇大东村相接，北面是水步镇的井尾村，南、西两面分别是本街道的石花村和东坑村。村委会设在南坑桥头圩36号。[1]

全村面积6.73平方千米，有19个村民小组，2025年12月户籍人口1768人（483户）。[1] 村里以农业为主，所产的猪仔薯是当地的传统特色产品。深茂铁路的台山站建在村境北部，站房位于永隆村。[1][2]

南坑的农产品种类较多，有稻谷、花生、番薯、马铃薯、蔬菜和塘鱼，也饲养肉鸡、肉鸭。[1] 猪仔薯是这里的传统作物，台城街道办事处的介绍说，村民掌握一套独有的种植方法，本地出产的猪仔薯在国内外都卖得很好。[1]

地理环境[edit]

新台高速公路、273省道和陈宜禧路都从这里经过，802路、806路公交车也途经本村。[1] 深茂铁路台山站设在村子北部，站房位于南坑永隆村，站房建筑面积8000平方米左右，站台约1.2万平方米；车站外观以新宁铁路的宁城站为原型，红砖白墙，站前广场两侧有风雨长廊。[1][2]

村里有卫生站、小学、幼儿园各一所，另有一个休闲公园、一间图书阅览室和12间公厕，并设有党群服务中心、家长学校和农家书屋等；村道硬化和自来水工程已基本完成。[1] 2025年以来，村里新种了金浦桃、七仙香、香樟、大红花、火山榕和火焰木等苗木五百多棵。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2013年，南坑村成为江门市首批「法治文化建设示范点」之一；2022年又获评广东省「民主法治示范村」。[1] 自然村中，永盛村2014年获评广东省卫生村和台山市标兵文明村，次年又获江门市生态文明村称号；永隆村2019年、合和村和龙和村2020年先后获评广东省卫生村。[1]
