东坑村是广东省江门市台山市台城街道下辖的行政村，在街道西北部，北面与水步镇交界，东邻南坑村，西接北坑村，南面是板岗村；村委会在东坑路14号。[1]
全村面积4.24平方千米，下分14个村民小组，基层管理上划成东坑和东坑园区两个网格。2025年11月的户籍人口为1902人（499户），而实际常住的达2700人，多于户籍人数。[1] 村里的经济以工业为主，农业为辅。[1]

东坑辖区内办有四十多家企业，雇用的员工约1200人，其中包括嘉美食品配送有限公司、富飞净化消声器台山公司，以及生产空气系统设备的广东绿岛风空气系统股份有限公司。[1] 本村村民有的务农，也有不少在制造业工作。[1]
地理环境[edit]
802路公交车途经村境。[1] 村里有卫生站、市场、休闲公园和图书阅览室各一处，公厕16间；道路全部硬化，自来水也已通到各村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
近年村内多条自然村得到卫生村称号：吉庆村2019年、叙龙村2020年获评江门市卫生村；下厚、下南、正面咀三村在2020年、东悦村在2021年获评广东省卫生村。[1] 2022年，东坑村委会被台山市评为「无毒村居」。[1]
